Erica FieldsErica Fields is President and majority owner of her Grain Marketing firm, Brooks Grain, LLC.  She started the business in 2007 after working in the grain industry since 1974.  She has been supplying rye to the milling and distilling industries since going to work with her father in 1978.  Originally based in Minneapolis MN, Erica moved her company to Louisville in February of 2017.  The move was a result of the incredible growth of bourbon and rye whiskey, and the distilleries that Brooks Grain supplies.  Erica and her business partners, CGB Enterprises, recently built a mill and packaging line to service the new and burgeoning craft distilling industry.  It is located at 15th and Oak Street in West Louisville, next to the CGB grain elevator.  It is from this grain elevator and now the mill that Brooks Grain’s rye is handled for the distilleries in Kentucky Indiana and Tennessee.
