Andy BrownAndy Brown has been baking in Lexington for the last 24 years. He started at Great Harvest in 1995, and for the last 20 years, he has been baking bread for Bluegrass Baking Company. His recent trip to Washington State and the Bread Lab for the Grain Gathering helped focus his interest in whole grain baking. He started Bluegrass Baking’s fresh milled, whole grain line of baked goods with Singe Whole Grain two years ago.
